PAY AS YOU GO ARCHITECTURAL SERVICE:

1. Extension Home visit half day consultation to prepare initial query list and discuss in detail to ascertain your extension requirements where we will advise on the best design options to optimise your specific requirements. We will then survey house plans and prepare initial sketch design to incorporating functionality, space and light for further discussions. You can then choose to take this to the next stage as you require from the options 2 - 4 listed. The cost of this consultation is €350.00

2. New Dwelling House This service includes the half day consultation and cost as extension €350.00 and will again include initial query list and discuss house design with a site visit to ascertain site layout to establish orientation of dwelling to optimise and incorporate space and light. We will then prepare Site Plan and Floor Plan preliminary sketch drawings taking into consideration your design and function requirements. The additional cost of these drawing are €650.00. You can then choose to take this to the next stage as you require from the options 2 - 4 listed.

This includes services from option 1. Plus additional service to Prepare Planning application drawings and documents to Planning Authority requirements and lodge planning. Fixed fee to be agreed at this stage.

This include services from option 1 & 2 plus additional service to Prepare detailed drawings to be submitted with commencement notice to show building will be in compliance with the new Building Regulations of March 2014. Prepare tender document and drawings package. Fixed fee to be agreed at this stage.

OPTION 4. This includes services from option 1, 2, & 3 plus additional service to Nomination of Building contractor, Project supervision and certification. Fixed fee to be agreed at this stage.
